There are more spas on the Ubud map than you can count, and you’ll have no trouble finding one to suit your budget. Even the low-end salons are often very pleasant, with friendly trained practitioners using natural, flower-scented products. A one-hour massage will set you back less than a glass of wine here.

At the spas in the more upscale resorts, you can expect to pay the equivalent of Western prices but you’ll be in an exquisitely luxurious setting with excellent services.
